1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Light Lemoine services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Reservations and Bookings
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. We recommend booking in advance, especially for special events and peak travel times. Quotes provided are estimates and may be adjusted based on final service details.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept major credit cards and can accommodate corporate billing for approved business accounts. Gratuity is not included in base rates.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before scheduled pickup receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full service amount.
5. Liability and Insurance
Light Lemoine maintains full commercial insurance coverage. We are not responsible for delays due to weather, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control. Lost or damaged items should be reported immediately.
6. Code of Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is intoxicated, disorderly, or poses a safety risk. Damage to vehicles caused by passengers will result in repair charges. Smoking is prohibited in all vehicles.
